Job Description

  • To recruit an aggressive and experienced lead to drive sales and cash inflow in this department.
  • Selected candidates will be expected to work with the sales executives and marketing team to deliver sales results and ensure business development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team for the attainment of targeted sales.
  • Coordinate with marketing to achieve directional convergence that would deliver maximum sales exposure.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to seize new opportunities.
  • Offer coaching and support to sales executives to enhance the team’s performance.
